What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, phone, organization, role, and notes about what you're trying to accomplish. We may also collect basic technical metadata such as your IP address and browser, used for security and analytics.

How we use it

Lead and assessment information is used to follow up about your inquiry, prepare for consultations, and improve our services. Submissions may be reviewed by IT-Empowered staff, and AI tools may be used to help summarize, classify, or prepare materials for our team.

What you should not submit

Please do not submit highly sensitive information through public forms (for example: passwords, financial account numbers, PHI, or sensitive personal data about third parties). If a project requires that kind of information, we'll set up a more appropriate channel.

Responsible AI

We take responsible AI seriously. We design workflows with human oversight, avoid sending sensitive data to AI systems unless contractually appropriate, and keep clear records of how AI is used in our own internal operations.

Contact & follow-up

If you provide contact information, we may reach out by email or phone about your inquiry. You can opt out of further contact at any time.

Corrections & deletion

You can request that we correct or delete the information you've submitted by emailing info@it-empowered.com.
