The better question is: "Where is repetitive, rule-based, or knowledge-heavy work eating staff time today?" ## Start with workflows, not tools Map the 5-10 workflows that consume the most staff time. For each one, ask: - Is the work repeatable? - Does it involve language, documents, or structured data? - Is the cost of a mistake bounded? - Would a 50% time savings be material? If the answer is yes across the board, you have a candidate. ## Prioritize ruthlessly Pick two or three. Build prototypes. Measure. Then expand.
